Burger Theory specialise in creative burger recipes made from locally sourced ingredients.
They believe that cooking with fresh produce and cooking from scratch is the way to delicious food that provides a unique experience, which is why they make all their own sauces, pickles and patties.
Their beef is grass fed, high welfare and from a single origin who they trust (stokes marsh farm). They work with butchers, Walter Rose, who mince the beef and they press it into burgers themselves.
They only use UK free-range poultry, pork and lamb, with their bread coming from artisan bakery, Lievito, and veg is always European and UK where possible. They try to cater for everyone and have veggie, vegan, gluten free and meaty options.
